四川茂县水电群孤网运行电压控制

摘要: 水电群通过长距离超高压通道送电,大扰动后与电网解列而形成水电群孤网,孤网可能产生高压现象。基于四川茂县水电群的实际情况,对孤网高压问题进行研究,分析其主要成因,讨论利用发电机进相运行能力解决问题的可行性,提出了通过发电机励磁控制的方法,充分而合理地利用发电机进相能力,安全、有效地控制水电群孤网电压。

Abstract: After a large disturbance, the hydropower group connected to main system through a long distance and extra-high voltage power line may split from the system and turn into isolated operation. Over-voltage phenomenon may occur in the isolated network. Based on the actual case of Maoxian hydropower group in Sichuan province, the problem of over-voltage control in the isolated network is studied. The major causes of over-voltage are analyzed and the feasibility of over-voltage suppression by generator leading phase operation is discussed. Methods to adequately and reasonably utilize generator’s leading phase operation capability through excitation control of generator are proposed to control isolated system voltage safely and effectively.
