利用多种形式移动应急电源在时空维度内进行灵活电能调度,是实现暴雨等灾害下电网重要负荷快速恢复、提升城市配电网韧性的重要技术途径。因此,提出一种基于移动应急电源对暴雨灾后配电网快速恢复的协同优化策略。首先,建立移动应急电源时-空耦合的移动行为模型,构建表征移动应急电源在灾后电网中移动的线性约束。然后,分别针对移动储能、移动发电机2类主要移动应急电源,并计及移动储能的充、放电行为,构建表征移动应急电源运行的相关约束。同时,与表征电网运行的约束条件相结合,并以最大化负荷恢复电量兼顾调度成本为原则构建目标函数,建立计及移动应急电源协同优化的灾后电网负荷恢复的混合整数二阶锥优化模型。最后,通过设置不同算例场景,分析暴雨灾害之后移动应急电源调度与负荷恢复结果,验证了所提模型的准确性和有效性。
