350 MW燃煤机组降低烟尘排放技术的研究与实践

摘要: 为了减少燃煤电厂烟气中烟尘的排放浓度,达到《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223—2011)的要求,三河电厂在1台350 MW机组上开展了降低烟尘排放浓度的技术研究,采取在电除尘器前加装低温省煤器、综合升级改造静电除尘器、改造脱硫吸收塔除雾器、在湿法脱硫后加装湿式电除尘器等改造措施,协同降低烟气中烟尘排放浓度,改造后,监测结果表明,烟气中烟尘排放质量浓度在2.74~3.62 mg/m3,实现烟气中烟尘排放质量浓度在5 mg/m3以下,可满足国家排放标准要求。

Abstract: In order to reduce the dust emission concentration as it is required in“Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants (GB 13223-2011)”, the technical studies on dust emission reduction are carried out on a 350-MW unit of Sanhe Power Plant, which include a series of measures taken collaboratively, such as the installation of low-temperature economizer before the electrostatic precipitator, the comprehensive upgrading of the electrostatic precipitator, the retrofit of the demister in the desulfurization system and the installation of wet electrostatic precipitator behind the FGD system. After the improvements above, the monitoring result shows that the dust emission concentration of flue gas is limited between 2.74-3.62 mg/m3, lower than 5 mg/m3, which can fully satisfy the requirement of national emission standard.
