600 MW机组直接空冷系统凝结水回水温度异常现象分析

Analysis on Condensate Return Water Temperature Anomaly in ACC Systems for600-MW Thermal Units

摘要: 岱海电厂4号机组空冷岛6—8列凝结水回水温度及抽真空温度多次出现与其他列相比偏差大的现象,并同时伴有排汽装置液位波动。通过对空冷散热器管中的凝结水流动情况进行分析,并使用“排除法”逐步分析得出6—8列所在的B侧凝结水回水总管有漏点,空气漏入是引起上述现象的原因。同时,提出如何在运行中采取措施来缓解因回水管有漏点而引起的相应列凝结水温度低、排汽装置液位波动等现象。

Abstract: It has taken place several times at a power plant that the condensate return water temperature and the vacuum temperature of the sixth, seventh and eighth streets of theair-cooling condenser are much lower than that of other streets, accompanying water lever waving in the exhaust steam device. The flow condition of the condensate in ACC is analyzed with the exclusive method, which concludes that there is air leakage on the B side of the main condensate return water pipe of the three streets. Therefore, some measures against the leakage are put forward to address these issues.
