电力同步网网管系统部署方案

摘要: 为了解决目前电力同步网络缺乏统一管理的问题,研究了电力同步网管的关键技术,针对电力通信的特点,提出了第三方网管集中部署,原厂家网管集中部署,第三方网管分散部署,原厂家网管分散部署4种同步网管系统部署方案。并从初期投资、运维成本、技术优势三方面对这4种部署方案分析比较,得出第三方网管集中部署方案为国家电网电力同步网的最佳部署方案。最后以华北地区为例,给出了该部署方案的具体实施案例。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of lack of unified management in power synchronous network management, some key technologies in power synchronization network management are discussed based on characteristics of telecommunication. Considering the standpoint of electric power industries, four schemes, namely third-party network central deployment, original factory network central deployment, third-party network dispersed deployment and original factory network dispersed deployment are proposed. After comparison from aspects of initial investment, operation costs and technical superiority, the third-party network central deployment is selected as the most suitable scheme for national network management. A specific application of proposed scheme in North China are also presented.
