计及自动装置模拟的连锁过载跳闸静态安全分析方法

A Static Security Analysis Method for Cascading Overload Trips Considering Automatic Device Simulation

摘要: 提出一种连锁过载跳闸的静态安全分析方法。该方法以预想故障后的潮流分析为基础,分析每次设备跳闸后的潮流,如果潮流转移引发支路过载,则断开过载元件,继续进行潮流分析,直到系统过载消除;如果设备跳闸导致系统解列、输电断面越限或者潮流不收敛,则认为故障导致了严重的后果,分析终止。通过评估每次设备过载跳闸引发的后果,能够发现故障传播路径,有助于找到预防措施以及切断故障路径的最佳控制手段。计算过程考虑输电断面功率限值的自动匹配和安全自动装置的模拟,保证了分析结果的准确性。通过对广东电网的实际系统仿真分析,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: A static security analysis method for cascading overload trips was proposed, which is based on the post-contingency power flow to analyze the fault flow. If the power flow transferring causes overloads, the overload equipment has to be tripped and the power flow will be calculated again until overloads is eventually eliminated. However, if the fault causes serious consequences such as system islanding, transmission section overload, and power flow not converging, the analysis should be stopped. By evaluating the result of each overload trip, the fault path can be found, which can also help to take precautionary measures to prevent fault propagation. In addition, transmission section limitation analysis and automatic device simulation are taken into account in the calculation process to ensure the correctness of results. Finally, simulation analyses on Guangdong power grid verified the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
