高寒地区间接空冷机组散热器防冻预暖措施

Anti-freezing and Pre-heating Measures for Radiator in Indirect Air-Cooling Units in Cold Areas

摘要: 间接空冷机组在高寒地区应用普遍存在散热器冻结问题,为使该问题得到解决,提高间接空冷机组冬季运行的安全性,对扇区散热器管束冻结原因进行深入分析,认为实际生产运行中已使用的防冻措施和手段在高寒地区使用效果不明显,为此提出了高寒地区间接空冷散热器防冻预暖系统的设计和应用方案,介绍了在高寒地区使用的间接空冷机组散热器翅片管束防冻措施和间冷散热器一旦冻结后的融冰方法,对间接空冷机组在高寒地区冬季的安全、可靠运行提供了全面的保障措施。

Abstract: Radiator freezing is common in indirect air-cooling units in alpine regions. In order to improve the running security of the indirect air-cooling units in winter, in-depth analysis and research on freezing in sector radiator tubes are conducted, which concludes that the existing anti-freezing measures are inefficient in alpine regions. Therefore, a design for anti-freezing and pre-heating is proposed with anti-freezing measures and ice-melting methods for the radiator fin tube bundles presented. The new design can provide a safeguard for the secure and reliable operation of the indirect air-cooling units in alpine regions.
