三相循环流化床反应器氨法吸收CO2的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Three-Phase Circulating Fluidized Bed for Ammonia Decarbonization

摘要: 气液固三相流化床技术广泛应用在石油化工、环境工程和生物化工等领域,与传统的三相流化床相比,气液固三相循环流化床反应器具备操作简单、相间接触面积大、气液混合均匀、传热传质效果好和温度易于控制等优点,其在以氨水等碱性溶液为吸收剂分离燃煤电厂烟气中CO2的工艺中具有重大的应用潜力。在三相循环流化床实验研究的基础上,采用Aspen Plus软件,对以三相循环流化床为反应器的氨法脱碳工艺进行了模拟和分析,对其工艺可行性进行了探讨。

Abstract: The gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized bed is widely used in petrochemical, electrochemical and biochemical processes. Compared with the traditional three-phase fluidized bed, the features of gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed include operation simplicity, large inter-phase contact area, uniform gas-liquid mixture, good heat and mass transfer effect and easy temperature control. Therefore, it can be one of the potential reactors for ammonia decarbonization in coal-fired power plants. Based on the tests of three-phase circulating fluidized bed, the ammonia decarbonization technology with three-phase circulating fluidized bed acting as reactor is simulated and analyzed in Aspen Plus environment. The feasibility of the technology is also discussed.
