动静结合可调轴流风机高倍频振动特性分析

摘要: 某动静结合可调轴流风机振动大引起后导叶重复出现裂纹,通过装配试验、气流激振试验、锤击和加固试验及特性分析,找出风机振动的根源,装配调整解决了风机轴承箱振动大的问题,针对机壳振动特性提出了技术改进措施及思路,为该类型振动问题的处理提供参考。

Abstract: The guide blades of one axial fan with combined static and dynamic adjustment have been cracked up repeatedly due to heavy vibrations. Through assembly tests, gas exciting tests, hammer tests, reinforcement tests and characteristic analysis, the cause of fan vibration is figured out. By way of comprehensive tests, the problem of fan bearing vibration is eventually solved. In addition, the technical improvement measures and solution outlines for the fan casing vibration are proposed, which provides a reference for dealing with the same type of vibration problem.
