Abstract: According to the industry life cycle theory, based on industry scale index, the stage partition and the position of energy saving service industry were analyzed. The results show that the energy saving service industry was a growing industry in short-term future, and will grow up towards maturity period gradually. The market segmentations will be diversified and the industry integration will be accelerated in future.
