变压器油溶解气体分离系统的改进

Improvement of Separation System for Dissolved Gas in Transformer Oil

摘要: 为了提高变压器油色谱在线监测系统测试结果的可靠性,针对油气分离和混合气体分离装置存在的问题,研制出1种改进装置。该装置主要包括真空脱气系统和自动进样系统2部分,其涉及温度控制和电磁阀控制。试验结果表明,所研制的装置对变压器油色谱在线监测具有很好的辅助作用,真空脱气系统脱气时间短,20 min油气分离即可达到饱和状态,且体积小(100 mm×100 mm×100 mm);混合气体分离效率高,20 min内混合气体分离率可达97.3%,并能快速分离出CH4、C2H6、C2H4、C2H2、H2、CO等多种故障特征气体。2011年6月,该装置已成功投运于高速铁路客运专线牵引变电所,工作状态始终稳定,能够很好满足现场测试需要。

Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of the transformer oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system, in view of the problems of oil and gas, gas mixture separation device, an improved gas-oil dissociation device is developed. The device consists of a vacuum degassing system and an automatic injection system involving temperature control and electromagnetic valve control. Test results show that the device is effective in transformer oil chromatograph on-line monitoring. The degassing of the vacuum degassing system takes less time; within 20 minutes the gas-oil dissociation can reach saturation state. Its size is as small as(100 mm×100 mm×100 mm). It also shows a high separating efficiency. Within 20 minutes the gas mixture degassing rate can reach up to 97.3%, and many fault-characterized gases can be quickly degassed, such as CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C2H2, H2 and CO. In June of 2011, the device was successfully commissioned in a substation for high-speed railway passenger special line traction. Since then, it has been working stably and met the demand of field testing.
