电力时间同步试验网建设现状及展望

摘要: 随着时间同步技术的发展,同时为满足日益增长的电力业务对时间同步的需求,近年来多个省份陆续开展了电力时间同步网的试点工作。介绍了时间同步系统的组成方式和传输网的现状,分析了时间同步试验网中精确时间协议(precision time protocol,PTP)通过同步数字体系(synchronous digital hierarchy,SDH)E1专线进行传输的原理,讨论了时间同步试验网的2种组网方案,其一为主从式,其二为主备式。针对时间同步试验网的应用效果,提出了时间同步网建设的建议以及需要解决的问题,希望能为今后要进行的时间同步网规划设计和建设提供参考。

Abstract: With the development of time synchronization technology, in order to meet increasing electricity industry needs for time synchronization, a number of power time synchronization network pilot projects are implemented in different provinces recently. The time synchronization system structure and present situation of transmission network are introduced. Transmission principle of PTP message protocol over SDH E1 lines in those projects is analyzed. Two network schemes, namely master-slave and master backup, are discussed in detail. Based on field application result, time synchronization network construction proposal and problems that need to be solved are proposed. The discussion provides reference for future planning, design and construction of time synchronization network.
