Abstract:
In order to realize coordinated resource optimization and improve the economy and environmental protection of the grid-connected microgrids, a hierarchical optimal scheduling model is established with consideration of demand response and carbon emission quota. On the load side, the time of use price and new energy consumption optimization load curve are considered, and multiple indicators are used to evaluate the optimization schemes. On the power generation side, the carbon emission quota is considered, and the distributed power generation within microgrid is optimized to achieve the goal of lowest comprehensive operation cost. The chaos particle swarm optimization (CPSO) is used to solve the optimization problem. The optimization results under the flexible load ratio of 0%, 10%, 20% and different carbon emission limits are analyzed by numerical simulation, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
