新型储能系统辅助燃煤机组灵活运行策略研究进展

Research progress on flexible operation strategies for coal-fired units assisted by new-type energy storage systems

  • 摘要: 加快能源结构转型,构建新型电力系统是目前中国实现“双碳”目标的重要举措之一。大规模新能源电力并网对传统燃煤机组参与调频、调峰过程提出了更高要求。通过配置新型储能系统可以有效提升燃煤机组的灵活运行能力。为此,从燃煤机组运行灵活性影响因素分析出发,首先介绍了常用于煤电耦合运行的新型储能方式及技术特点;其次,回顾了现有研究中火电储能系统的耦合方式、运行及控制模式、储能容量配置策略,并归纳分析了各类策略的特点及适用场景;然后,结合实际工程案例分析了储能系统辅助燃煤机组的联合运行过程;最后,基于现有研究,探讨未来发展的挑战与前景。

     

    Abstract: Accelerating energy-structure transformation and building the new power systems are among the important measures for China to achieve the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality". Large-scale new energy access to the power grid imposes higher requirements on traditional coal-fired units to participate in the process of peak regulation and frequency regulation. Equipping coal-fired units with new-type energy-storage systems can effectively improve their flexible operation capability. To this end, based on an analysis of the factors affecting the operational flexibility of coal-fired units, this paper firstly introduces the new-type energy-storage modes commonly adopted for coal-power coupled operation together with their technical characteristics. Secondly, it reviews the coupling modes, operation and control modes, as well as energy storage capacity allocation strategies of existing thermal-power and energy-storage systems, and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and applicable scenarios of various strategies. Thirdly, the joint-operation process of energy-storage systems assisting coal-fired units is analyzed combined with practical engineering cases. Finally, on the basis of existing researches, the challenges and prospects for future development are discussed.
