可控移相器主电路参数设计及稳态特性分析

Parameter Design and Steady State Characteristic Analysis of TCPSTs in a EHV-Grid

摘要: 华东电网长期存在因潮流不均引起电网输电阻塞情况,且部分线路重载而部分线路利用率不足,而新建输电走廊又面临诸多困难,严重制约电网整体输送能力。此外,区域电网还有提升电网暂态稳定性、抑制系统震荡的需求。为此,从理论方面分析可控移相器(TCPST)的工作原理以及变压器漏抗对移相角度的影响。针对选定的可控移相器主电路拓扑,提出并联变压器、串联变压器等主设备参数设计方法,并基于双机系统,开展TCPST的稳态特性仿真分析,验证所提参数设计方法的正确性。最后,对华东电网存在潮流优化需求的实际500 kV环网进行系统分析,选定可控移相器安装位置,并基于实时数字仿真(RTDS)平台,建立带有TCPST的4机环网仿真模型。仿真结果表明,TCPST可有效优化实际环网中的有功潮流分布,且可达到预期目标。

Abstract: The uneven power load flow constantly leads to the flow congestion of the East China Power Grid with some lines having heavy load while other lines having inadequate utilization. In the mean time, building new transmission corridors will face many difficulties. As a result, the overall transmission capacity of the power grid is restricted seriously. In addition, the regional power grid also needs to enhance the transient stability and suppress the system oscillation. Theoretically, the working mechanism of the thyristors controlled phase shifters (TCPSTs) and the influence of transformer’s leakage reactance on the phase shift angle are analyzed. According to the main circuit of TCPSTs, a new parameter design method of main equipment, such as shunt and series transformers, etc., was proposed. Then the steady state characteristics of the TCPSTs are simulated based on a dual generators system to verify the correctness of the proposed parameter design method. Finally, a 500 kV loop network in East China Power Grid is analyzed for power flow optimization, in which the installation locations of TCPSTs are selected and a 4-generator loop network model with the TCPSTs is established based on the real-time digital simulation (RTDS) platform. The simulation result verifies that the TCPST can effectively optimize the active power distribution in the loop network and achieve the anticipated goal.
