基于工程量清单的电网建设项目工程量管理体系

摘要: 电网的建设管理对于国民经济与电力建设的发展至关重要。建设项目管理的核心内容是工程量管理,而目前我国电网建设项目的工程量管理体系还不够完善。分析了我国电网建设项目工程量管理中存在的问题,提出了在电网公司业主项目部工程量管理工作中引入全过程工程量管理,阐述了工程量清单应用的必要性,并分别从项目设计、施工、竣工3个阶段出发,构建电网建设项目工程量管理体系,明确了电网建设各阶段工程量管理工作的内容和流程,以期为电网建设项目工程量管理提供规范参考。

Abstract: Grid construction management is important for national economy and development of electric power construction. Project quantities management is the core of construction project management. At present, grid project quantities management system is not perfect. Based on bill of quantities application, grid project quantities management is studied. By analyzing nation’s management status, the idea of whole process quantities management of grid company project department is proposed. The grid project quantities management system is constructed from design, construction and completion stages. Further analysis of working contents and process of each stage is performed, which give out the standard and reference for China’s power grid construction project quantities management.
