智能变电站过程层时间同步方式研究

摘要: 智能变电站过程层设备时间同步系统实现方案主要有IRIG-B码对时和IEC61588对时2种,对于采用何种对时方式目前存在较大争议。对国家电网公司、南方电网有限责任公司已投运智能变电站、数字变电站时间同步系统进行了研究,重点分析了IRIG-B码对时和IEC61588对时2种方式的性能指标、可靠性以及经济性,研究了IEC61588对时在智能变电站应用的可行性,通过对比分析确定智能变电站过程层时间同步方式的实施方案。

Abstract: There are two kinds of time synchronization modes in the process level of smart substation, including IRIG-B and IEC61588, and significant controversy exists about which mode should be used. The time synchronization systems of smart substation in State Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Corporation are studied, and the performance index, reliability and economy of the two modes are analyzed. The feasibility of the IEC61588 in smart substation is studied. The implementation scheme of time synchronization mode in the process level of smart substation is proposed.
