泛在电力物联网商业模式理论体系与设计架构

摘要: 泛在电力物联网面向开放的市场和激烈的竞争,其商业模式亟须建立系统的方法论,为泛在电力物联网建设提供一套现实可行的商业逻辑参考。基于战略管理与商业模式相关理论,结合泛在电力物联网建设需求与特征,构建了相应的理论体系与设计架构。理论体系中明确了覆盖宏观、中观、微观的泛在电力物联网商业模式研究界面,并提出了对应的公司层、业务层和项目层商业模式研究与设计理论;设计架构主要围绕业务层与项目层商业模式设计,分析提炼六大要素,并形成了“三大环节、一个循环”的逻辑框架与“要素层-分析层-结果层-方案层”的设计原理,构建了e-IoT MAPPER商业模式引领者模型。

Abstract: Facing the challenges from the open market and fierce competition, it is urgent to establish systematic methodologies for the business model of e internet of things (e-IoT) so as to provide a realistic and feasible business logic for e-IoT constructions. Based on strategic management theory and related business model theories, considering the requirements and features of e-IoT, this paper constructed a theoretical framework and an architecture design method for e-IoT business model. In the theoretical framework the research interfaces covering macro, medium and micro perspectives are clearly defined, and then the research and design methods for the business model with the corresponding enterprise layer, business layer and project layer are put forward. The architecture design mainly focuses on medium and micro perspectives. The paper outlined and refined six fundamental elements into the basic framework, then formulated the logic framework as "Three links, One circulation" and the design principal as "elements layer-analysis layer-output layer-project layer", and eventually came up a novel business model named as e-IoT MAPPER.
