摘要: 介绍了一套高精度涵盖交直流电压、交直流电阻、交流电压电流比例变换等工频交流测量领域的多种电学参量标准系统,详细介绍了其组成原理、架构、关键技术、工作流程、特点及系统实际运行情况。该系统以交流采样技术为核心,将交流量通过本标准系统直接溯源到直流电压、电阻、电流电压比例、时间等基本量,构建相互关联并互相验证的标准系统。通过实际运行表明该系统方法新颖、技术先进,对保证工频交流电能量值传递的准确可靠性、促进电学参量的测试技术及方法和电学计量标准的发展具有参考意义。

Abstract: A high precision set of electrical parameter standard system is introduced in AC power frequency measurement. The measurements include AC/DC voltage, AC/DC resistance and scaling transformation of AC voltage and current. The principle, structure, key techniques, workflow and system operation conditions are described in detail. Based on alternating current sampling technology, AC variables can be traced directly to fundamental measurements defined in proposed standard system. The practical operation shows the novelty and advantage of proposed system. It has important reference significance for ensuring reliability of AC measurement transmission, promoting reliability testing technology and method, and development of electrical measurement standard.
