云广特高压直流系统基本控制方式异常切换分析

Analysis of Abnormal Switching Control Mode in Yunnan-Guangdong UHVDC Transmission System

摘要: 控制系统在高压直流输电系统中占有极其重要的地位,保证直流输电系统的基本控制策略得以实现,是高压直流输电系统的核心部分。分析了特高压直流输电系统直流电流参考值改变对基本控制方式的影响,结合云广特高压直流工程现场调试的故障记录数据,对其基本控制方式异常切换导致阀组闭锁进行了详细分析。针对分析出的结果,提出了修改直流控制系统控制逻辑等切实可行的改进措施,这对未来特高压直流输电工程的实施有较大的参考价值。

Abstract: As key technique in HVDC transmission system, control system is extremely important to guarantee the realization of basic control strategy. The influence of DC current reference value on basic control mode in UHVDC transmission system is analyzed. According to recorded fault data during operation of Yunnan-Guangdong UHVDC Project, group block resulted from abnormal switching of basic control mode is analyzed in detail. Some practical measures including DC control system logic modification are proposed to improve system operation condition. It provides valuable reference for future implementation of UHVDC power transmission projects in China.
