Study on DC Power Supply for Thermal Control System of Coal-Fired Power Plants

摘要: 针对火力发电厂由热控电源故障引起的机组跳闸事件和异常运行状况,分析了其故障机理,并对热控直流电源可靠性进行了分析;在此基础上,提出对在役机组采用专用直流电源切换装置消除二极管耦合对直流电源可靠性的影响、对新建机组采用交流电源作为热控控制电源的解决方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the unit tripping events and abnormal operation conditions caused by power supply failure of thermal control system in coal-fired power plants, the analysis on the failure mechanism and reliability of the DC power supply system is conducted. Based on the analysis, the solutions are put forward respectively, in which for the in-service units, special DC switching device is adopted to eliminate the coupling effects of diode on the reliability of DC power supply system, while for the newly built units, the AC system is chosen as the power supply of thermal control systems.
