利用小时、损耗小时及在输电技术经济分析中的应用

摘要: 输变电工程在进行投资分析时,通常需要估算实际运行时的年均输送电量和对应的线路电阻损耗。通过理论推导和实际数据分析,研究并得出了交、直流输电损耗小时τ与利用小时te关系,交流输电系统为τte2/T0,直流输电系统则为τte-1 000。进而探讨其在工程技术经济分析中的作用,并针对不同边界条件下的输变电工程建设提出建议。

Abstract: In order to obtain the investment of the Power Transmission and Transformation project, it normally need to estimate yearly mean transmission capacity and the relating line resistance loss in operation. In this paper, it led some results of relationship between the available hours and lossing hours in AC and DC transmission via the theoretical derivation and studing the actual data, proceed to the next step discuss the and impact of these relationship in project technical-economic analysis, and finally peovided advises in constructing power transmission and transformation project based on different boundary conditions.
