摘要: 依据工程实践总结了660 MW超(超)临界直流锅炉的吹管技术和控制难点,分别论述了稳压法和降压法2种吹管技术,对降压法吹管技术带炉水循环泵和不带炉水循环泵情况进行了具体分析。实践表明:在辅机设备满足吹管条件的情况下,2种吹管技术的检验标准相同,吹管效果无明显差别,稳压法吹管比降压法吹管过程更容易控制。分析结果对相关工程实践有现实的指导意义。

Abstract: According to engineering practice, the blowpipe technology and control difficulty of once through boiler in 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit were summarized. Two blowpipe technologies with pressure-stabilizing method and pressure-reducing method were expounded separately. The pressure-reducing methods with boiler water circulation pump and without boiler water circulation pump were analyzed. The practice shows that when auxiliary equipments reach the condition of blowpipe, the pressure-stabilizing method was easier to control than pressure-reducing method, the inspection standard of the two methods was same, and there were no obvious differences of the effect between the two methods. The results have practical guidance significance for the future engineering practices.
