磁阻式转速测量系统电磁特性分析及故障处理

摘要: 磁阻式转速传感器是一种较为常见的转速测量装置。针对某机组给水泵汽轮机在调试过程中出现的由于磁阻式转速测量系统自身电磁特性造成的转速测量故障现象,分析了故障产生的原因,并对故障机理进行了研究,揭示了磁阻式转速测量系统中测量模件的输入电压随其自身电阻、电容以及电动势的交变频率之间的变化规律,在此基础上,提出了具体的处理措施和建议。实际应用表明,测量故障消除,处理效果良好。

Abstract: The magnetic resistance speed sensor is a common device for rotational speed measurement. Regarding the faulty speed measurement due to its own electromagnetic properties of the magnetoresistive speed measuring system during generation unit commissioning, the fault analysis is conducted and the fault mechanism is also studied. The analysis reveals the variation principles of the input voltage of the measuring module with respect to its own resistance, capacitance, and alternating frequency of the electromotive force. Based on that, the specific treatment measures and proposals are put forward. The implementation of these measures exhibits the effectiveness in eliminating the measurement fault.
