摘要: 对600 MW 超临界循环流化床(简称CFB)直流炉给水故障减负荷(run back,RB)的动态特性与控制难点进行了分析;提出了世界首台600 MW超临界CFB锅炉机组给水RB的优化控制策略;介绍了现场试验的方案与过程。此项研究成果为后续超临界CFB机组给水RB的可靠投入提供了有益的参考。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics and control of feed water run back(RB) of a 600-MW supercritical CFB once- through boiler and proposes the optimal RB control strategy for this boiler. In addition, it presents the scheme and process of the RB functional test. The results will provide reference for the reliable use of feed water RB function on supercritical CFB boilers.
