金属网电磁屏蔽特性的解析研究

摘要: 基于金属网表面阻抗模型和全波仿真软件,讨论了金属网对平面波屏蔽效能计算公式的适用范围。在此基础上利用全波仿真软件,计算了金属网网孔形状为菱形时的屏蔽效能,对金属网的屏蔽机理进行了分析。根据传输线理论和金属网表面阻抗模型,将双层无限大金属网用传输线模型进行等效,提出了计算双层无限大金属网屏蔽效能的解析模型,通过解析模型计算结果与全波仿真结果相比较,验证了解析模型的准确性,进一步探讨了双层金属网的屏蔽特性以及与单层金属网屏蔽效能的差异。

Abstract: Based on the surface impedance model of metal mesh and the full wave simulation software, in this article the applicable range of the formula for calculating the shielding effectiveness of metal mesh for plane wave is discussed.On this basis, when the shape of metal mesh is diamond, the shielding effectiveness of the metal mesh is calculated by using the full-wave simulation software, and then the mechanism of the wire mesh is analyzed. According to transmission line theory and the surface impedance of metal mesh, the transmission line model is equivalent to double-layer infinite metal mesh, and an analytical model for calculating shielding effectiveness of double-layer infinite metal mesh is proposed. Furthermore, shielding characteristics of the double-layer metal mesh and the difference between the single-layer metal mesh and the double-layer metal mesh are discussed.
