直流核心设备“工厂化”检修体系建设研究

摘要: 为保证直流换流站设备检修管理适配中国高压直流输电工程大规模投运的新形势,实现管理集约化、机构扁平化、运维一体化、检修专业化的发展目标,根据电网检修管理相关理论,从直流换流站检修管理现状出发,分析了直流换流站检修管理存在的问题,提出了构建直流核心设备检修体系集约化的管理模式,建立以“例行检修中心、状态检修中心、紧急抢修中心、系统仿真平台、可靠性分析平台以及备品备件仓储中心”建设管理为核心内容的直流核心设备工厂化检修管理机制。与现有直流设备检修管理模式相比,工厂化检修管理模式,能够实现人力、技术、装备资源的统筹协调,进一步提高检修管理效率和劳动生产率,保障直流输电系统长期可靠稳定运行。研究结果对直流输电系统设备检修管理建设有重要参考意义。

Abstract: To ensure that HVDC converter station equipment maintenance management adapts to the fast development of massive HVDC transmission projects operation nowadays and in future, present HVDC converter station maintenance management problems are analyzed in detail. A HVDC core equipment maintenance management system is proposed to achieve professional, intensive, flat and integrated maintenance management. With proposed system, a core equipment factory overhaul maintenance management mechanism is established which focused on the construction and management of routine maintenance center, condition-based maintenance center, emergency repair center, HVDC system simulation center, reliability analysis center and spare parts storage workshop. Compared with existing HVDC equipment maintenance management, the proposed HVDC core equipment factory overhaul maintenance management mode has advantages of effective coordination of human, technical and equipment resources and further maintenance management efficiency and labor productivity improvement to guarantee long-term reliable operation of HVDC system. Research results have significant reference value to construction and maintenance of HVDC equipment.
