超超临界汽轮机热应力控制技术分析

摘要: 上汽超超临界汽轮机引入热应力控制技术,使得其在自启动及变工况运行过程中能够在快速性与减少汽轮机寿命损耗之间自动择优。对上汽超超临界汽轮机热应力控制技术的原理、实现途径以及监视手段等方面进行了详细论述,并对该类型机组在调试及试运行过程中由于热应力限制而产生的若干问题进行了描述,对以后此类型机组的调试、运行及维护等具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: The technology of thermal stress control had been introduced into controlling the ultra-supercritical steam turbine by Shanghai Turbine Company(STC), which makes its can automatically optimizing between quickness and reducing the loss of life of turbines in the process of start-up and variable operation conditions. In this paper, the principle, implementation and monitoring methods were introduced in detail of the thermal stress control for the ultra-supercritical steam turbine, and some problems which had been posed due to the thermal stress limit were described in the process of debugging and commissioning in this type unit, which have certain guiding significance for debugging, operating and maintenance for this type turbines.
