考虑机组合同电量完成动态均衡的日内安全经济调度

摘要: 实际运行中日内负荷波动、风电波动、发输变电设备异常等原因将造成机组日内调度出力极大偏差日前发电计划,进而增加了“三公”调度模式下电量进度均衡控制的难度。为此,提出了考虑机组合同电量完成动态均衡的日内安全经济调度的模式、模型和方法。该方法基于经济调度优化内核,通过机组合同电量非线性均衡控制方式,实现对机组日内电力、电量的协调优化和合同电量完成进度的日内精确控制;日内机组合同电量完成进度的实时跟踪及滚动建模机制能够实时跟踪电网及机组运行条件的变化,及时调整各台机组的出力,实现电量分配在时间维度和空间维度的最佳协调,从而极大提高电量控制对电网运行环境变化的适应性。所提方法将为实际调度计划及运行业务的效率提升提供理论支撑。

Abstract: In response to difficulties brought by load variation, load fluctuation, maintenance schedule change of generation and transmission, the mode, model and method of intraday rolling scheduling considering electricity quantity progress constraint are proposed. Based on optimization algorithm, the proposed method can follow the progress of unit power plan accurately through controlling nonlinear balancing target of electricity quantity. This real time rolling mechanism can improve its adaptability to the operation circumstance of power grid, through following changes of both power grid and unit operation conditions, thus the unit electricity quantity plan can be completed accurately by optimizing quantity distribution across time and space dimensions.
