摘要: 提出了一种利用配电网静止同步补偿器(D-STATCOM)和双馈异步风电场(DFIG)对风电并网点进行无功协调控制的策略。该控制策略考虑了DFIG风电场的无功功率极限,结合D-STATCOM快速补偿的特点,将并网点的无功需求在两者之间进行合理分配,满足并网点快速、准确的无功补偿要求。仿真结果表明,由DFIG风电场和D-STATCOM组成的联合无功控制系统可以根据该控制策略在风速波动以及电压跌落时实现无功补偿,校正功率因数,并能稳定并网点电压,保证系统的稳定性。

Abstract: This paper proposes a coordinated reactive power control strategy of D-STATCOM and DFIG wind farm. The strategy considers reactive power limitation of DFIG wind farm and reactive power compensation characteristics of D-STATCOM. Combining with rapid compensation ability of D-STATCOM, the proposed strategy distributes reactive power demand between DFIG and D-STATCOM reasonably. The aim of control strategy is to satisfy reactive power demand at point of common coupling rapidly and accurately. The simulation result illustrates that the proposed control strategy can realize reactive power compensation under wind speed fluctuation, power factor correction and voltage stabilization of point of common coupling on power electric system.
