Abstract:
In order to coordinate the completion of monthly contract electricity quantity, an optimal weekly operation model for multi-source hybrid power system including wind, photovoltaic, cascade hydropower and thermal power is established and analyzed in this paper. A rolling coordination and dispatching strategy, including monthly contract energy decomposition, optimal weekly dispatching and day-ahead dispatching is proposed. Water inflows and rolling modes that affect optimal weekly scheduling are analyzed. Case studies show that the proposed optimal weekly scheduling model can properly allocate water resources of cascade hydropower stations, improve overall operation efficiency of the stations and coordinate monthly electricity completion when the inflows are large during the water storage period.
